Arkema interview questions

Was invited to job interview after the first round of written tests. Before interview starts, I was asked to draw overview of my current company process flow diagram. There were 2 interviewers, one of them took most of the time to interview me. I was totally disappointed at how that interviewer likes to put me down right in my face about how poorly I perform in my interview, despite scoring quite well in written test. It's like having to answer his questions that are meant for engineer level when I am actually applied for just a junior technician role.
