5 rounds including 4 technical and 1 HR
Very unethical in giving feedback and process is too slow. It took around 3 months to tell that position is frozen and we can't do anything after having 5 rounds.
1. The first round was technical round over phone with c++ basics and oops concepts
2. Second was skype technical, where they gave 2 programs to write and asked to share screen. They didnt even bothered to ask what you have coded.
3. Third was again skype round with Architect with c++, oops, design patterns. It went well, after few days of calling for asking feedback, I got a call from HR that position is on hold and we got requirement freezed globally. We will let you know once it gets open.
4. After some time, got a call from HR that position is open, he wanted to schedule a meeting with the manager and that won't be technical as you have cleared all technical rounds.
5. Fourth round, I thought It would be managerial but It was completely technical. It went well and got a call from HR that I cleared it.
6. Fifth, HR discussion, I had a discussion and cleared this round as well. They asked to submit salary slips, filled their Employee Agreement Form (EAF).
7. Now comes surprise - "POSITION IS FREEZED GLOBALLY WE CANT DO ANYTHING"
They ended the interview process with this. This is really unethical, I don't know if their upper management really knows that this is happening in the company.
