Argos interview questions

Horrible! It was a group interview which they don’t tell you but I was aware anyways. There was 30+ people in the room. They made us talk to the person next to us, and then stand up awkwardly and introduce each other to the whole group. Then we had to do a dumb activity where we had to make the biggest tower with spaghetti and marshmallows. This interview was horrible. I have worked as a supervisor in John Lewis and this was not a fair chance for many people to show their skills. Pathetic experience from a so called famous business. Won’t be bothering to apply here again.

Submitted my CV, heard back from the manager asking me to come in for an interview. Interview was one on one with some general questions about my CV and some general questions about myself. All very easy and straight forward
