Argos interview questions

Very brief and easy. Had the interview at the store I applied for and waited with other applicants in the staff room. The time for my interview took longer than expected (waited for over an hour) so do keep that in mind. During the interview, I was asked about my previous work experience, why I should be chosen and whether I would be flexible to work more than the contracted hours.

Initial HR call, second stage call with head of department, third stage face to face interview. Face to face interview was 3 hours, 1,5 hours cultural fit and leadership skills, 1,5 technical test. Technical test consisted of business problem and architectural approach to solving and an algorithm test.
