Argos interview questions

Good face to face , very friendly staff and asked questions to see previous work history and my ability to be able to give the right customer service to be able to work in Argos

Applied online. Got an email the next day to come in for and interview. Felt very unprofessional. Got to the interview and was told my interviewer sick and then was told to come back at 12pm. Once I arrive back up at 12, I was taken up to the staffroom and waited there. My interviewer, Was again not available so someone else took it. Then he proceeded to tell me he wanted someone who could work 20+ hours when the job advert only advertised 10 to 16 hours
