Argos interview questions

Applied a month before they called me and asked the generic question why u want to work here etc and then invited me for onsite interview the next usually lasts an hour but due to COVID I was there for 15mins and the interview was the best one I ever did . I received a warm welcome from the operations manager and it was one of the first times a colleague was interviewing so she was nervous also as was I . She asked the usual questions . I answer everything perfectly and I was so comfortable there there relaxed energy really made me less nervous about the interview . I got a call back 4 days later saying I got the job and I was the best interviews they ever had which was a huge compliment !!

The interview consisted a few questions about past employment, experience, knowledge in the company and the products they sell. They then asked to see copies of your passport, birth certificate, National Insurance number and a recent letter with your address on it. Finally, once the questions are finished and they have the documents they need they will give you a tour of the store, fire drill and provide you with some online training to complete.
