Relaxed and friendly questions, asked about reasoning for wanting job and other reasonable information. Felt comfortable and welcoming. Previous experience wasn’t necessary just applicable skills that fitted the role. Able to speak to multiple members of staff in different roles about their experiences.

Relatively informal, more about getting to know me and how I would manage certain situations and my relationships with people. On zoom, and with two interviewers. Not too pressured, but professional.
