Argos interview questions

Group interview initially with team challenges etc to judge various strengths and pick up on those who might work well within a team dynamic and also whose who may be suited to a team leader position. Individual interviews follow with more specific questions etc.

Few questions about your background, why you interest this role, some scenario questions, how you manage difficulites during work time, why you're suitable for this job. Takes about half hour.
