Interview

Had a group interview which was really easy. Paired me with the oldest woman in the room who kept talking about her children, in which I could not join in since I do not have children. The interviewers were awful as we had to go around the shop and help the customers which I did, however the interviewers did not observe me doing this which shows their lack of interest.

Group roll play we were given three different scenarios and asked to act them out. For instnace how to deal with a disgruntle customer, how you would handle a difficult situation, the group had to come up with a situation which was deemed to be difficult and act that out. The roll play was carried out in a relaxed an informal way
