I had a one on one interview with one of the managers after submitting a questioner and application form in store. i received a call the next day and was offered the job I had applied for i started within the week and had to do a series of online tests and watch some informational videos.

Q. It is christmas time and a older woman comes in looking for a present for her three year old granddaughter what would you advisor her to buy?
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
Smooth interview process, single round following application.
Basic motivational questions and questions on prior experience and relevant skills.
Tour of the store to follow and then offer call a few days later
