My interview was with the stockroom manager, he was very friendly and informing of what type of person he was looking for. The interview featured a couple questions for me to answer and then i had a couple of questions for him to answer.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
