Interview
Easy and Casual, the internet was very informal and made me feel comfortable, it was quick and easy and was more questions about me and my personality and more of how I would fit the role compared to the tricky questions such as scenario ones.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
