Applied online, had a phone interview and was asked if I could come in for a face to face interview. The interview was simple enough, just had a chat about the responsibilities.

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
Smooth interview process, single round following application.
Basic motivational questions and questions on prior experience and relevant skills.
Tour of the store to follow and then offer call a few days later
