Applied online heard back 1+ week later , quick phone interview asked what I knew about argos and offered me a interview for two days later, interview was very casual. I got the job offer 2 days later
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Argos (Stranraer, Scotland)
Interview
Interviews were individual, but I had two interviewers, one was mostly just taking notes. This was a small Argos branch though. It was still a nice personable interview, although they ask a lot of questions. It lasted about 20 mins.

Question 1
How would you help a customer choose a camera for their holidays?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Argos (Prescot, England)
Interview
Received a phone call inviting me to an interview at Argos as they had my details from applying online previously. Sat in a circle with around 10-12 people, most around my age (17). Had to do a brief icebreaker telling the group what you learned about another person you were paired up with after a short tour of the stockroom. Then the interviewer split us up and asked our smaller groups to make a version of the store using cards and present to the others why it was designed that way. After this we were given a pen and asked to "sell it" to the group which didn't go well as I'm not the best at being put on the spot. It was more informal than I'd expected, I do understand that group interviews have to assess a variety of skills but the way it was done wasn't right for me.
