Got a call after applying, asking me in for interview next day. Went in, everyone really friendly. Had my interview, she asked me different scenario questions. After questions she got me out on the shop floor asking customers if they needed any help.

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
