Fairly straight forward process. Generic questions. Nice interviewer. Waited in the staff room for over twenty minutes. She came in and was quite chatty. She said that was to calm me down as the interview process is how she gets to know people.

Informal interview was asked about myself, hobbies and interests. This was for a driving role that was later expanded to cover other areas of the business including stock room, facing customers and cash room
Group interview with the task of creating a robot on how to make the shop more efficient. Had to speak about our creation to find the rest of the interviewees.
