Christmas Temp Role - Quite a straight forward, simple interview. About 20 mins long. Relaxing, 1 to 1 with the store manager. Wear smart casual clothing and always smile. Felt like more of a general chat. Overall, this was a pleasant interview. Make sure you ask questions at the end to show you're keen to work there!
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
