The interview was group based. I arrived around 10 minutes early and was taken into the meeting room, and had to queue to get my passport scanned. I then sat down at the manager talked about the job role, and discussed what we would be doing today. We had to pair up with someone and find out more about them and then had to introduce them to everyone else. We then had to work in groups of 5 and create an advertisement for Argos and feed this back to everyone else. However I did not get the job, I was not even given a reason why I didn't get the job which was kind of annoying. Overall the whole interview process was rather informal and easy.
