Came in and was asked misty scenario questions, so what would you do if a customer became angry with another member of staff, if you are unsure with anything. They then asked the normal question like, why do you want to work here, why do you think you are good to work for us etc

A customer is getting angry with one of your colleagues and you're not busy doing anything, what would you do?
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
