Argos Customer Service interview questions

Group interview, about 12 people. Had to wear a name badge and introduce ourselves and give a fact. Then had to pick a product, research it using the catalog and "sell it back" to the group. Then had to team up and write down what was good customer service and report back.

I got taken in back and had to sit wait for about ten minutes before being taken into an office with the store manager and someone he was training to do interviews. They worked through a sheet of scenario questions and if I had any questions before taking down my size for uniform. Only missed out on the job since I only had a copy of my identification and jot the official document.
