Argos Customer Advisor interview questions

Standard Interview questions, there were two managers at this store which were interviewing me and they were very friendly. A stock practical was done after the interview questions which didn't take long. I got given an tablet and had to find products that would be suitable and are available in store for some certain prompts given by one of the managers.

Initial Telephone sift and general questions to ascertain previous experience, current situation, preferred working hours etc. Further telephone interview- general questions based upon Customer service scenarios. Visit store and meet the team/ orientation & health and safety. Offered job- contract via email
