Arcadis interview questions

An informal first interview with two business leads for an intermediate position. I thought it went well and I was even shown around the office. I was told I would hear in two weeks. I didn't hear anything for weeks. I emailed and tried to call the HR representative but I was completely ghosted. It was very frustrating after spending hours applying and preparing.

I had 2 rounds of interview. After the second one I was asked to answer some technical questions and send them back to them. I got a verbal offer, wasn’t getting the letter for some time, later on the recruiter called me and said the offer was rescinded due to some reasons which were not my fault. I was contacted again a couple of months later to interview for a different position. No offer was made for the second position.
