Arcadis interview questions

Video call. Stadard interview questions and went over the position and type of work the office provides. It was mostly a discussion and not and intimidating process. There was two or three rounds of interview with various people in the office from differnt techinal backgrounds or from HR.

There is a screening phone call by an HR representative before an actual interview with the hiring manager. They ask basic questions about your resume and your career goals. The screening process was a little annoying because it felt very formulaic and impersonal.
