Arcadis interview questions

I was interviewed by two people from the team, one of which would've been my direct supervisor. They asked me questions about my previous work experience which matched the job descripition very closely having a lot of field work and compliance inspections. They warned me that the job site was very hot weather conditions. One think that I thought was interesting is that asked my political attitude towards the project, which had to do with the California high speed rail construction project. A lot of news had recently come out about the project behind schedule and way over budget. I said I supported the project and not much else.
