Second stage is behavioural assessment with Artic Shores which is pretty innovative and fun to do. They give a pretty good idea of who you are and how you work. The final stage is an interview with 2 managers in the team. The whole process took over 3 months for a placement which I found too long

Interview
I have been shortlisted by the college for the online test of Arcadis IBI, which was followed by an online test where 15 questions of logical reasoning and 15 questions of OS and networking concepts were asked, and there were 9 programming questions where they have divided them into 3 parts: easy, moderate, and difficult. At least one should be solved from each section. After the online test was completed, results were announced, and shortlisted students were called to their companies for interviews.
