Arcadis interview questions

Very long interview, half on competencies and half on sustainability (despite the fact I was not applying for graduate sustainability consultant). Interviewers were terrible, did not make any effort to make you feel at ease and pulled awkward faces after answers were given as well as long gaps of silence, very uncomfortable experience, Did not even get into contact to say I was unsuccessful and did not reply to requests for feedback

Series of screening process has a lot of steps. It starts from HR interview, then followed by a short technical exam with the bridge department head, which includes character evaluation.
