Arcadis interview questions

1:1 took about 2 hours covered new technologies, talk about Arcadis current plans, what i would like to do in the future, assessment center was 2 group works easy ad friendly

The application process went through a series of stages over a few months. Eventually, I was invited to an experience day held at the Brisbane office. It went from 9 am to 3 pm and involved a series of different activities including a panel with people at different levels of the company, a 5-minute individual presentation in front of a small group, a chance to have lunch and speak with people at the company and a lego building activity. The day was focused on seeing how you interact with people, rather than a normal interview as such. After the experience day I assume I was not successful as I did not hear back from the company, despite sending a follow-up email and phone call, which was really disappointing.
