Applied online, got a call in about 2 weeks asking me to come in for an interview at a local office. The interview took around 3.5 hours. The first hour and a half involved the head manager of the water division and the lead general civil engineer. They went over the resume, asking what prior experience I've had with software such as micro station, auto cad and inroads. They asked what kind of internships I had done and what experienced I had acquired from them. They also went over what kind of work arcadis-us is involved in, and what kind of projects to expect. The remaining time was split between a conversation with the lead civil engineer, and then followed by the head structural engineer (since I was applying for a civil/structural position). The structural engineer went over my resume focusing on the structural classes I had taken in college. After that, I waited around 2-3 weeks before I heard back from them with an offer.
