After sending my resume, I received an invitation to a phone interview by email and I chose the time that was right for me. The recruiter called me for a 15-minute conversation in which I told her about myself and in the end I was asked to solve a short home assignment and submit it. A week later I received an answer that other candidates were selected to continue the process.
