Interview
Everyone was really nice and professional. First I made an online application. Then a short call with HR. Then a call with the team's manager. I do not have experience with some software they required experience with, so they moved forward with a different candidate. It was a bit weird they interviewed me in the first place because I told them I had no experience with that software, but honestly, they were very nice so I do not regret doing the interview at all.

Tell me about yourself? Tell me about your current job? What does a day on your current job look like? What you do not like about Marketing Operations? I was given 3 scenarios and had to prioritize what I would take care of first (and why).

Interview
The process was far from ideal.
The recruiter was very nice, however the hiring team didn’t know what they actually wanted and the whole process dragged for 5 months. Being held in the process for so long put a lot of pressure. I’ve been told they I’m a very good match for them to be rejected because they didn’t have enough candidates at the later stages of interview.
