Applied Materials interview questions

Long, drug out, very low offer at very end. Not willing to discuss compensation till offer, wasted month plus. Applied materials recruiters did not know any details of jobs or basic information about company benefits.

They wanted to ensure that I really wanted the job as they did not want the same case to happen. There was a case whereby the engineer underwent training but resigned afterwards because he/she mentioned that it was a mismatch with what he/she studied during his/her university.
