Had a three hour virtual interview with four hiring managers 45 minutes each. Each hiring manager asked questions on different areas like stress management, how i make design decisions, working with teams, why i want to work for applied, etc. It may be different for other interviews as this was for a new grad hire position.

How do you manage stress? Describe the steps you take to make a design decision. Why do you want to work for applied? How would others describe you in a team setting? What role did you play in the team? Do you have presentation experience? When someone asks you a question and you don’t know the answer to it, how do you respond? Tell me about one of your most difficult projects and tell me why it was difficult.
