Interview
Very laid back interview. Interviewed in a hotel, which was a bit noisy, because the hiring manager came from Texas. I asked plenty of questions about what kind of work I could expect and day to day roles. Got a call back the next day with an offer.

Interview
without talking with HR for those regular HR questions, the phone interview jumped directly to talking with a team member on technical problem over the phone/Email. AND the technical question IS asking me to do a "take home" modelling project, which would cost TWO DAYS of labor time and demand a comprehensive documentation sent back, no to mention that it asked to provide a lot of description of the model about how to handle in a lot of detailed case study.

You apply for an RFT position online, and whoever they tell the managers to interview, the interview. In all honesty, they already know who they're going to hire. There isn't really a good chance at landing an RFT job here unless you are on the NCG program, or someone mentions you. It's like a chain gang. One person moves up to mgmt, that manager brings his crew in. There is absolutely NO equal opportunity at this company.
