Recruiter calls and conduct phone interview. Then meet with 4 or 5 managers to conduct 30min interviews. 1 or 2 30 min interview with hiring manager team members. Also gave presentation on Master's thesis. Hiring manager compiles all the reviews and makes a decision.

On-line language test for Field Process Engineer. Managers interview which includes hiring manager and team leader. Interviewer focused on the background and projects you worked on in previous job. Mandarin in all interview but asked for English introduction. HR contact you for offer detail after the interview. Overall average interview difficulty.
