HR called and setup the Technical discussion. Brief discussion with the Program Manager and then off to the Tech discussion, Asked to write the class design for a problem. And a custom ArrayList implementation without resizing or copying the array.

Face to face round..mostly with client from US/Germany/Japan.
If thru HR will request for current salary details.
Later they would give us a call and give us an offer in phone.WE need to note all the details down.
Even if u request them to send u a preliminary offer thru email they wont.
