The interviewer were very nice, but they were a little bit late for interview. The good thing was that they tried their best to make candidates to be comfortable with the interview. The only thing that was not nice of them was it took so long time to process, have not received the offer yet.
Reached out by phone call and make the appointment, but suddenly change the date, so need double confirm with them before have interview.

I have the 1st round interview (around 20 mins) with HR asking basic interview questions. Then, I have the 2nd round interview (around 1 hour) with the department manager based in Singapore

I have been referred by internal employe and shortlisted for the interview process, there were 3 rounds of interview reverse the ladder. First round was with the Snr Manger from the Headquarters, 2nd with local Snr manager and last was with Operational manager. I cleared all the rounds with positive feedback but its been 2 months since I received the feedback from any of the HR team. Even after regular follow ups they just left it in the middle of the ocean.
