I was recruited internally and interviewed over the phone; subsequently the hiring manager also interviewed me over the phone; I was then selected for an onsite - about 30 minutes with five individuals in sequence. At the end the hiring manager gave me a tour of the factory floor, which was very nice. Ultimately, this was a very negative experience because no one had the decency to dedicate a minute to at least send me a note turning me down. I had to assume I was rejected by the silence. Very low class

In-house interview with 2 interviewers: had back to back interviews with the hiring manager and another controller 4. A few weeks after the interview, the Company's recruiter reached out to me and got me an offer 5. Negotiation is done with the Company'r recruiter.
