Interview
Participated in a group interview with a store manager and 2 other candidates (3 total, including myself). Four questions were asked and we rotated the order of who answered first. Within a week of the interview, the manager contacted me to provide feedback on my answers and inform me they were moving on with another candidate. The questions are graded based on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competencies.
