The interview process for the Sales Associate role at Apple began with a phone screening, where I discussed my retail experience and enthusiasm for Apple products. Next, I was invited to a group interview, where we tackled customer service scenarios and teamwork exercises, allowing them to observe my interpersonal skills. Finally, I had a one-on-one interview with a manager, focusing on problem-solving and handling challenging customer situations. Throughout the process, they emphasized communication, passion for technology, and delivering a great customer experience. It was clear they valued a collaborative attitude and the ability to connect with people.
