Appirio interview questions

Company interviews exactly as they deliver market value. One phone call with a recruiter and then multiple Google Hangout interviews followed by an onsite interview. Very collaborative, open and inquisitive interviews. Nothing terribly difficult - they evaluate your skillets through discussions about your experiences and where you think the market is going (as opposed to prescribed behavioral based). Overall a very good recruiting experience that took 6 weeks.

Be prepared for a long interview process, You will need to take about 2 days worth off of your current job if you work a 9-5. All 3 interviews i had were between 10am and 11pm. one phone, 3 video. Felt good how they went. Did not get the position due to job skills that were not listed in the posting and the decision was made by the 4th person i interviewed with.
