      Customer Support Engineer Interview

      Feb 17, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AppGate in Feb 2022

      Interview

For this position I there were 4 rounds of interviews. The initial interview was a phone interview with an HR rep. She explained a little about the role and wanted to know what my salary range was. Then I was contacted by the hiring manager via email to setup a zoom meeting. The interview was really casual, took his time explaining about the company and what the role consisted of, the dynamic of the group, etc. From there we setup an interview with the tech lead for a more "Technical" interview. This was also really casual, the lead talked about the role from a technical perspective. The last interview was with the vice president of the group and was simply just an introduction and a casual conversation about what he expects from you if brought on. After a day or so the hiring manager reached back out for a phone call in which a verbal offer was made.
