Recently attended CTS on campus where all rounds were online except coding and interview round(virtual).1st round is of gamified cognitive based and then communication round also aptitude was included, then based on the selected cluster questions on programming and sql were asked.

Round 1: coding assessment - 4 hours that includes aptitude ques and 5 coding questions
3 regular coder ques and 2 power coder questions
Round 2: speechx communication round
Round 3: coding assessment 3 code that includes java exceptional handling and recursion
Round 4: face to face interview in virtusa office
Round 5: HR interview (online)
