Anonymous Content interview questions

first my interview is done via phone and after that i was called to mumbai for final interview after that there were 4 member who are taking interview and after sucess of that i'd been informed via call

First, there is an initial phone screen. They ask you some questions about your background. One thing they ask is if you are comfortable on the phone. After the phone screen, they do a sales presentation on site. You then meet with all of the managers. They are really laid back, I had no problem being myself. After that, they will let you know if they want to hire you or not.
