name a time were you got good customer service?

First they asked me to introduce myself then about my project after that he gave me pattern(Pyramid) to make after that he asked me simple C program(increment ,decrement ,count the numbers),last he asked about sql queries i did that also. after that he told me to sit outside and wait for result, but after 5 min they told me that i am selected. i don't know why as i did good.
