I applied for maxxton through a recruitment agency. First round is a Programming round which is a tough one. 3 Hours test and have to write program on business plan. Program is:There are Three fields emp_id start_date and end_date in a table(output should be also a table with three fields) Suppose one business plan is scheduled on 5 december(Starting date) to 15 dec(Ending date). and suddenly scheduled plan is changed and arranged on 2dec(Starting date) to 10 dec(Ending date).Then you have to find out cancellation dates. for eg. Answer to above question is 11 dec to 15 december is a cancellation period Needs to have perfect knowledge of "collections in JAVA" to solve that problem. (Best part of this round is that Internet is allowed)

1st round written, 2 technical rounds in written round they asked max all topics c,c++,java,sql but all are basics.technical round is a bit tough but its easily possible withsome preparation
