i got mail from the company 1 st round is java coding i.e..,analysing output for the program i got good % in the that, one of the HR said go through the secong round APTITUDE.. immediately another come there and said where is the paper work..ans he said u not written well ,barking like dog and said u leave i have graze on him,and i have his image if i see him i will punish without caring my life

Applied for the position. And the recruiter replied in less than an hour. Recruiter sent resume to hiring manager and within one week, had WebEx interview. I thought for sure I would get the job as I completed my Pardot Specialist certification and had previously worked at Salesforce in 2014 - 2015 in another role. - Mind, I had a great performance. But left because I did not like the Pacific Northwest. After two weeks of no reply from recruiter regarding whether I was select for the position, I contacted and received reply a day later that I was not selected. There reason: they were "seeking someone with more skills" Really? No way! What they really did not say the reason I was not selected was because I am not a young, white millennial. Average age of Salesforce worker at Salesforce is 29 with only 2% of African American workers. I am absolutely sure of this as I have seen this up-close and personal when I worked for Salesforce. Salesforce is a great company, but when it comes to diversity - hiring of people of color - and in management position along with ageism, Salesforce lacks big time.
