basically there are 3 rounds Voice testing- They will test your voice and communication skills. Technical- Basic questions such as what is DNS,DSL,PPPOE, How we can check the ip of any website and ip of your own computer, how to release/renew ip? HR-Most important question- Tell me about yourself

the interview process was in 2 phases, the first round is aptitude and programming MCQs and the second round is face to face interview. the first round would be easy if have a basic knowledge of some c program and quants, for the second round you must have a knowledge of the skill which you are mentioning in your resume
