I applied via their website. I got the call from the recuriter, that my resume was given to the program director and a interview was scheduled within the same week.

Good not much to say honestly. Its a different kind of experience. The interviewers will talk to us very softly and observe us.They will observe our facial expressions and behavior while answering the questions. They will notice our talking style and pronunciation also.
