Verschillende rondes, waarvan eerst online waar je je moeilijk voor kunt voorbereiden. Daarna ABI day, daar vragen ze vooral door naar je motivatie. Je spreekt met verschillende mensen binnen het bedrijf, niet enkel HR, wat naar mijn mening een groot pluspunt is. Zo heb je denk ik een eerlijkere selectieprocedure.

Quite a lengthy process with many stages. Got feedback over the phone after each which was nice. In general a good company to deal with, well organized and planned events/invites, pleasant and challenging assessors.

Assessment and pre-recorded video interview with 3 questions. assessment made up of lots of different games and questionnaires, including personality test and emotional awareness. video interview allows you to record 60 sec responses, cannot retake these.
