Im Grunde ist es, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben: Ingesamt 7 Schritte muss man bis zur Einstellung durchlaufen. Nach mehreren Onlinetests und Telefongesprächen (was jemand bei Kunumu ausführlich beschrieben hat) findet im belgischen Löwen das Assessment Center statt (Schritt 6), das den ganzen Tag über geht. Rollenspiel, Diskussionen, Einzelgespräch, Logiktests - der Tag war voll, alles auf sehr hohem Niveau und man ist unter ständiger Beobachtung. Und komplett auf Englisch, was für deutsche Verhältnisse vielleicht etwas ungewohnt ist.
Leider danach nicht weiter geschafft. War aber trotzdem eine interessante Erfahrung. Lobenswert ist die Geschwindigkeit: man wusste bereits immer 1-2 Tage später, ob man einen Schritt weiter ist. Bei anderen Unternehmen kann das ja Wochen/Monate dauern.

Really pleasant process overall, final panel is the determinant stage for the job and this has nothing to do with all your effort for the previous rounds. An overall assessment would be better.
Mi trovo attualmente al terzo step. Il primo era un test per vedere se sono in linea con la cultura aziendale, il secondo era cognitivo, poi ho fatto una presentazione per un nuovo prodotto online.
